DELIVERY & FREE DELIVERY

Currently we only deliver to the Island of Ireland through the DPD network. You will be provided a tracking code in your confirmation email. We offer free delivery on all orders over €100.

STOCK AND DELIVERY

Please note the majority of our stock comes directly from our distributors and can take a couple of days to arrive.

If an item in your order is not in stock we will adjust your order status and you will be sent an email notification, -alternatives, refunds or delivery ETA can be arranged. While most orders once shipped take about 1 working day please allow at least 2 days for delivery. If you need an item ASAP please contact us and we can advise or assist you as best as possible.

BREXIT

While Brexit is in the past we do some across the odd issue regarding Brexit changes which may delay an order. We will endeavour to keep you updated about your order.

RETURNS

Occasionally we do get things wrong or the item you receive is not quite what you hoped for.

Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 14 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions:

Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund.

Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced).

Items returned after 14 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.

All returns we must be notified via email if you have an item to return. Returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.

The cost of the return and the method used is up to the customer.
